Sugar Warnings

Sugar can be found in candy, fruit, salt, canned vegetables, medicines, toothpaste, and many other foods. Now, something known about sugar is that, despite its sweet taste, it can also have bitter consequences. Sugars have been known to make asthma worse, to cause mood swings, to cause nervous disorders, among other problems that are known to be related.

In addition, it is known that certain types of dietary sugars will most certainly turn into sugar. These refined dietary sugars include glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, and lactose. These are absorbed so fast by the body that they are turned into fats. Thus, in a certainly possible way, sugars can cause serious problems and even death by increasing risks of stroke, diabetes, cardiovascular problems, and clog arteries. 

When eating sugar in excess, this creates an acetate, which are also building blocks for cholesterol. In addition, these acetates help in the formation of saturated fat. Now, the bad news is that sugar transformed into fat so easily cannot be so easily converted back from fat to sugar. The only way to get rid of this fat is through extreme starvation when the body has to use fat as the source of energy.

Furthermore, dietary sugars also give food, in a way, to years, fungi, toxic organisms, and cancer cells. Dietary sugars also damage our skin contributing to wrinkles and aging. 

Sucrose, which can be found in table sugar and processed foods, is composed of glucose and fructose. Dextrose can also be found in many processed foods. Raw or natural sugar is mostly made of sucrose. All of these dietary forms of sugar, since they lack vitamins and minerals, actually suck these natural nutrients from our bodies. 

Thus, it is very important to be careful with sugar consumption. The consequences can be indeed very bitter. Indeed, sugar can be one of the biggest enemies. Specially since it can be found in almost every food and drink around us.
