About Sucralose

In the previous article we learned that sugar can really be a potential poison to your health. Consuming sugar in excess can result in many health problems and conditions, including diabetes, heart problems, arthritis, among many others.

Indeed, sugar in its dietary forms can convert easily to fat, which cannot then be converted easily into sugar. Today, obesity is a real problem that affects developed nations and that can contribute to all of these health problems and much more.

One solution that has been proposed to using sugar was to find other substances that were, in theory, less harmful. Two of such substances are aspartame and sucralose. As we have seen in previous writings, aspartame is literally also a poison that can affect the human body. Sucralose, however, is not free from problems. In fact, there are reports that mention that sucralose can cause gastrointestinal problems  seizures  dizziness, migraines, blurred visions, allergic, and weight gain.

What is Sucralose? Sugar is the number one selling artificial sweetener. To manufacture sucralose, three chlorine molecules are added to sucrose.  The product is a type of sugar molecule that does not occur in nature and that the body doesn' t know how to properly metabolize.

Since sucralose is not metabolized properly, it is absorbed and then stored in your body in different amounts. Long term studies of the effects of sucralose on humans have not been conducted yet.

However, evidence is accumulating little by little, showing that sucralose can act as a trigger for migraine, skin rashes, skin flushin, panic like agitation, dizziness, numbness, diarrhea, swelling, muscle aches, headaches, intestinal cramping, bladder issues, and stomach pain.

Indeed, the story seems to be a repeat of what has happened with aspartame. Government agencies refuse to accept the negatives while only acknowledging the good side of the product their testing. In the end, however, the only persons who are damaged are ourselves.

So, take care of you and your family and do not believe everything that the media or government agencies, even, tell you it's truth.
